Your Tasks
- Conducting and accompanying structured patient conversations in the psychiatric environment
- Independent observation, evaluation, and communication of therapy success
- Creation, evaluation, and continuous adjustment of care and treatment planning
- Proper documentation of all measures in the electronic patient record
- Active participation in the design of weekly and therapy plans for patients
- Participation in multiprofessional team meetings to evaluate the course of treatment
- Promotion of social and emotional skills of psychiatric patients
- Low physical strain, as the focus is on working with psychiatric patients
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing professional, curative education nurse, or geriatric nurse
- Appreciative, empathetic, and patient-oriented attitude
- Strong teamwork skills, flexibility, and creative work in everyday nursing
- Experience in psychiatric care is not necessary – we will gladly teach you that
