SPITEX See/Lac, with its approximately 120 employees and 4 locations in Courtepin, Gurmels, Kerzers, and Murten, cares for around 600 clients of all ages.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a
Health Specialist (FaGe) EFZ 60-80% with Deployment Planning
Your tasks
- You care for and support our clients according to the care plan in their homes
- You create the deployment planning (Nexus software) and adjust the routes
- You actively work in the nursing team and the deployment planning team
- You carry out household clarifications
- You perform electronic documentation and service recording
Your profile
- Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in Spitex is an advantage
- You enjoy working independently and interacting with our clients
- You communicate appreciatively, openly, and purposefully
- You have very good IT skills and planning abilities
- You speak German and have oral knowledge of French
- You hold a category B driving license and travel with your own car or the company car
