Your Tasks
- You have frequent telephone contact with tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, authorities, etc.
- You support your supervisor in preparing and conducting apartment inspections/handovers
- You handle various customer concerns
- You assist with the rental of apartments as well as ancillary objects such as garages and parking spaces, including contract preparation
- You prepare debtor and final accounts
- You assist in issuing repair/renovation orders and monitoring them
- You create various correspondence and perform general administrative tasks
Your Profile
- You have completed the academic part of the commercial/business secondary school with good to very good results
- You have good manners and express yourself fluently in spoken and written German
- You are interested in the business processes and interrelationships in the real estate industry
- You enjoy working with people, are communicative, and like working in a team
- You learn easily and quickly and work reliably
- You are organised and like taking responsibility
- You are curious and open to change
- You enjoy applying new technologies and digital tools
