Our mission statement
Through professional handling of the children in our care, we succeed in lovingly supporting them in independence, self-determination, and the development of social and emotional competence. The educational partnership with the parents is open, transparent, and appreciative.
We experience and perceive the child as a curious and competent person, whom we attentively accompany through childhood. A careful, structured settling-in process is intended to help the child feel safe and belonging. For developmental support, we pay attention to individual and developmentally appropriate offers and the physical and mental integrity through loving and constant caregivers.
Every child needs a place in society; we support the acceptance of each individual through cultural diversity and stable and supportive communities. Through differentiated language, we stimulate the children in language acquisition and communication; through music and dance as well as painting and crafting, we help them understand the inner and outer world.
Daily stays in the open air or on our playground provide stimulating and developmentally appropriate experiences and promote environmental and factual knowledge.
With regular and healthy meals and enough sleep, especially for the little ones, we ensure, as well as through careful body care, their physical well-being.
First friendships arise with us, the children learn to be considerate of each other, and through playing together, they can learn a lot from each other.
An appreciative collaboration within the team, with the parents and professional agencies, enables us to jointly ensure a magical upbringing and development of the children.

Since our start in 2005, our heating and hot water have been CO2 neutral.
Since 2016, we have also been producing the electricity for Zaubercheschte ourselves with a large PV system.

School-complementary care with modules 1, 2, 3, and 4, student transport, holiday care, and the possibility to book an additional 30 minutes in the morning and evening.
Emergency place in cooperation with the Cancer League Central Switzerland.
