Co-Head of School Properties Division 80%

Your main tasks

• Management of the School Properties Operations team with around 20 caretakers and 30 cleaning specialists
• Management of school properties including kindergartens according to target specifications and service mandate
• Financial and budget responsibility including controlling of the School Properties Operations team
• Further development of the team in the area of operations, process optimization, and digitization
• Proactive collaboration with all internal and external customers such as users, authorities, and third parties

What you bring

• HFP or federal diploma in Facility Management or Real Estate Trust
• Proven leadership experience
• Assertive, engaging, and team-capable personality with a high degree of initiative
• Fluency in written and spoken expression, negotiation skills
• Experience in the public sector is an advantage
