Job Description
Your Team and Your Mission
Our team of around 25 engineers and architects works on demanding projects with private, cooperative, and institutional clients.
In this role, you take on the organizational and administrative responsibility for our office. You ensure that processes run in a structured, efficient, and professional manner, thereby relieving the team in daily operations.
Your Responsibilities
- You independently and reliably manage office management (including material and resource management) and are responsible for efficient administrative processes.
- In your hub function, you organize appointments, events, meetings, travel, and activities for our team and ensure a smooth daily routine.
- You answer calls at the telephone switchboard and support internal and external communication.
- You maintain our customer base in the CRM system.
- You revise reports and presentations formally and ensure a consistent corporate design.
- You assist in the preparation of offers and administrative project documents.
- The workload is ideally distributed over five working days.
Qualifications
Your Qualification
- Completed commercial vocational training or similar qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the construction and real estate industry.
- Professional and confident appearance with a high level of service and customer orientation.
- Independent, reliable, responsible, and team-oriented working style.
- Strong quality awareness.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with demanding internal and external clients.
- Proficient use of Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, knowledge of CRM systems.
- Good understanding of marketing tasks and an eye for clean layout.
- Fluent German and very good English skills; French skills are an advantage.
