The team leader Qualification & Commissioning leads the entire qualification team at the Sulgen plant from qualification through FAT to customer acceptance, the SAT. He is the direct contact person for his team and the project managers and plans his qualifications and acceptances in coordination with the project coordinators. This team is mainly responsible for the commissioning and qualification of devices, primarily sterilizers. The following main tasks are included:
Management of the qualification personnel team at the Sulgen plant
Introduction, supervision, and coaching of employees
Close coordination with project management, production, engineering, and software
Planning and monitoring of the qualification of pharmaceutical systems at the plant, including resource planning of the necessary resources
Procurement, support, and coordination of external employees and service providers in the area including cost responsibility
Creation of optimal and efficient workflows through optimized processes and selection of suitable tools
Personnel planning and recruitment in cooperation with the Head of Service and HR
Budget responsibility
Timely achievement of pre-FAT and FAT readiness
Close cooperation with pre- and post-processing departments
Support in the design, procurement, organization, and maintenance of test and measuring devices as well as test equipment for plant operation and plant qualification in cooperation with the responsible departments
Support of sales in customer inquiries for technical order clarification
Training and further education of qualification technicians, sales staff, service technicians, etc. of the Belimed group and external partners
Your profile
Training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering technician
Advanced technical college
Studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar
Several years of leadership experience
Further training in qualification or several years of experience in qualification
Experience in the machinery industry / project business in the GMP environment
Very good knowledge in the qualification of machines
Fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel 20%
