At the Stockberg Residential and Care Centre, you contribute to making people truly feel at home. Around 80 residents live here in a safe, well-maintained environment. Around 130 employees work together to ensure that quality, appreciation, and collaboration are lived in everyday life.

Your task
As a Health Specialist EFZ, you ensure professional and resident-oriented care and support together with colleagues from different educational backgrounds.
Specifically, this means:
- You implement the planned nursing measures professionally
- You care for the residents individually and resource-oriented
- You support relatives and key persons empathetically and reliably (in cooperation with qualified nursing professionals)
- You take on daily responsibility and ensure a smooth process
- You keep an overview even in hectic situations
- You delegate tasks appropriately according to the situation and the competencies within the team
- You actively and solution-orientedly contribute to the team
- You contribute to the further development and quality assurance of care
- You support the trainers in accompanying apprentices (Health Specialists, AGS) and interns
- If interested, there is the possibility to work in a specialised residential area for people with dementia
What you bring
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ and strong professional, social, and personal skills
- Clear and open communication, resilience, and a sense of humour and creative solutions
- Structured working method, empathy, and enjoyment of teamwork
- Knowledge in dealing with people with dementia is an advantage
- Proficient knowledge in electronic nursing documentation
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
