Responsibilities:
Under the responsibility of the Food and Beverage Manager, you are in charge of the service offered to the client and the sale of food and drinks within the hotel.
Your tasks include:
• Ensuring quality service both in terms of service and customer reception
• Participating in setting up the point of sale as well as tidying and cleaning the premises and equipment
• Setting tables and seminar rooms
• Assisting in setting up service equipment
• Participating in setting up your dining area
• Delivering dishes from the kitchen to the dining room and/or terrace and/or bar
• Clearing trays in rooms, used tables, and resetting cutlery.
• Ensuring room service distribution and collecting trays during floor rounds, distributing VIP gifts and delivering to rooms.
• Ensuring the longevity of equipment available at points of sale
• Striving to develop a consistently high-quality and benchmark service, satisfying customers with a constantly alert spirit
• Knowing the food offers of your points of sale as well as other hotel services
• Applying procedures and policies defined by the brand and the hotel
• Embodying the Heartist spirit in interactions with clients

Profile:
• Desired hotel training
• Required similar experience in an establishment of the same category - experience within a Novotel establishment is a plus (knowledge of procedures and service standards)
• Fluent English, Italian desired
• Dynamism and enthusiasm, organization, versatility, and rigor are essential,
• Sense of welcome, service, and attention to detail,
• Excellent presentation and very good customer contact
To know:
Variable and rotating hours totaling 39 hours per week, without breaks

Weekend availability

Variable and rotating hours (from 08:00 to 20:00) totaling 39 hours per week.
