Business Economist: Department ANIR

We are looking for you from March 1, 2026 or by arrangement as

• You take responsibility for all business management and organizational issues of the department
• As a sparring partner, you support the department head and the heads of specialist areas as well as managers in the department in their management tasks
• Interface function to other clinic managers, support areas and other KSGR units 
• You develop well-founded decision-making bases such as business cases, investment calculations, reports and ad-hoc analyses
• With your eye for efficiency, you drive process optimizations forward and actively shape strategic as well as operational development topics
• You take over the personnel management of the employees of the Anesthesia Secretariat

• You have a university degree in business administration, health economics or a comparable education in healthcare
• You have several years of professional experience in a similar function or in healthcare
• With entrepreneurial thinking and acting, you approach tasks proactively and find suitable solutions
• You are characterized by flexibility, independence and a sense of responsibility
• Thanks to your quick comprehension, you work in a structured, analytical and goal-oriented manner
