Senior Consultant Neurology Movement Disorders and Behavioural Neurology (m/f/d)

What you will do with us

• Independent assessment and treatment of outpatient neurological patients, primarily with neurodegenerative diseases (Parkinson's, dementia)
• Consultative co-management of inpatient patients from other clinics with neurological issues
• Rotational responsibility for ensuring neurological specialist service outside regular working hours
• Teaching of assistant doctors, medical students and medical-technical assistants, participation in internal and external further education and training

What you bring with you

• Specialist title in neurology or an equivalent qualification with MEBEKO recognition
• At least one certificate of competence, for example in electroencephalography (SGKN), cerebrovascular sonography, electroneuromyography or sleep medicine (SGSSC)
• Specific interest and centre experience in the diagnosis and treatment of movement disorders or in behavioural neurology and neuropsychology
• Team-oriented working style as well as interest in interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
• Good communication skills and high social competence
