Your tasks
As a commercial overall manager, you are the central contact person at our location and maintain close communication with the team and our finance and controlling management. You actively shape the commercial area and drive these topics strategically as well as operationally:- Handling projects (depending on complexity up to joint venture tasks, negotiation and awarding of services and deliveries in coordination with project and construction management)
- Assuming overarching commercial responsibility for the assigned companies
- Budget, forecast, and results control, as well as management of capital commitment and liquidity planning
- Responsibility for financing issues, guarantees, and warranty matters in cooperation with finance/controlling
- Communication and coordination with strategic partners, subcontractors, and internal departments; as well as contact person for external partners
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration or real estate (FH/University) or equivalent experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
- Several years of professional experience in commercial activities in the construction sector
- Good knowledge of construction contract law and procurement law (e.g., VOB)
- Very good MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and team spirit
