The gastronomy of the University of Zurich Irchel consists of five outlets, including a bar, with a total of 1,300 seats. For the canteen operation, about 2,500 menus are cooked daily. Additionally, approximately 1,000 menus are prepared for daily deliveries. Furthermore, numerous internal and external caterings are carried out. In line with the ZFV philosophy, meals are prepared fresh on-site using regional, ecologically sensible, and fairly traded food products.
