Your profile

Education or studies in multimedia production, film/video, or graphic and communication design
Several years of experience in videography, editing, and motion design with solid technical understanding
Very good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Confident handling of camera and lighting technology as well as a sense for image composition and storytelling
Structured, precise, and independent working style
High sensitivity to design quality, brand aesthetics, and visual consistency
Very good German and English skills
Creativity, teamwork skills, and commitment to high-quality results

Your tasks

Planning, conception, production, and post-production of video content for social media, website, campaigns, and internal communication
Independent implementation of video shoots including camera, sound, lighting, and editing (e.g., with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable tools)
Development and implementation of storyboards and visual concepts in coordination with brand aesthetics
Design of print and digital media (e.g., flyers, posters, online assets) with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Creation and editing of animations, graphics, and templates for digital communication channels
Organization and supervision of photo and video productions including technical preparation and on-site support
Maintenance and updating of visual content on the website and social media channels in collaboration with the marketing team
