Qualifications and Attributes
- Completed vocational training (commercial or media technology) with further education in photography / videography, multimedia production, or a comparable field
- At least three years of professional experience in video production, photography, and post-production, ideally in a B2B environment
- Excellent German skills (C2) as well as good English skills (at least B2), French is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of video and image editing software, confident handling of camera equipment and mobile recording setups, as well as basic knowledge of social media formats and their technical requirements
- Strong visual understanding and experience in storytelling, with an eye for image composition, perspective, editing, and a clear design line
- Enjoyment of independent and creative working methods as well as regular content assignments on construction sites and visits to our markets
About the Job
As a Multimedia Content Creator, you develop and produce photo and video recordings that present SIGA authentically, emotionally, and professionally. You conceive storylines for projects and accompany construction sites, customer appointments, or internal activities to create genuine insights and produce impactful image and video material. From the idea through filming to post-production, you work creatively and with high quality standards. You review raw material, structure sequences, and create high-quality content such as reels, product videos, or photo series. Here, you apply your sense of image composition, perspective, and storytelling and ensure a clear, brand-compliant visual line across all channels. In addition, you create multiple content assets from one shoot, adapt them appropriately for platforms, and ensure a consistent visual language within corporate communications. Furthermore, you observe current trends and continuously develop our visual formats and standards. With your contribution, content is created that genuinely and effectively showcases SIGA with its innovative strength and commitment to sustainability.What We Offer You
