To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Merchandising Employee 60% (m/f/d) at the Lucerne location from 01.06.2026, fixed-term until 30.09.2026.

Your responsibilities
- You are the link for communication between the hotline and the helpdesk.
- You ensure smooth information flow in the department store and logistics.
- You coordinate inventory management for daily business.
- You are actively responsible for new introductions and changes in processes and programs for employee training.
- You are responsible for the active further development of the benchmark and regularly exchange with other locations.
- You are responsible for compliance and quality assurance of processes and procedures according to specifications.

Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in commercial or logistics fields or in retail.
- You already have professional experience in an equivalent position.
- You have good work organization and a strong sense of structure and planning.
- You convince with your analytical thinking and quick comprehension, especially in the digital environment.
- You can demonstrate a flexible, proactive, and process-oriented working style.
- You have excellent IT skills with all common Office applications.
- You strive for perfection and enjoy challenging questions.
- You impress with a positive demeanor and a neat appearance.
