About the job
In the context of the introduction of our new ERP system, we are looking for an experienced Controlling & Reporting Specialist who ensures the operational daily business of the Swiss company. This allows the core team to fully focus on the ERP implementation project and you ensure transparency, quality, and decision-making ability in ongoing business.
Fixed term: until December 31, 2026
Workload: 80–100%
Workplace: Zurich

This is the job - Your main tasks
Operational business partnering and controlling for the industrial sectors: ongoing analyses, project controlling, and scenario modeling
Creation, further development, and automation of reports, KPIs, and dashboards; ensuring data quality
Reporting with a focus on sales funnel, order backlog, and revenue; driver and variance analyses
Derivation, implementation, and follow-up of measures together with stakeholders in the industrial sectors
Participation in and creation of budgets and forecasts; planning, plausibility checks, and continuous coordination with operational business
Close coordination with the ERP project team to harmonize definitions and ensure continuity of reporting during the transformation
This job is for you if
You have a completed degree (e.g., business administration/economics/finance/controlling) or equivalent qualification through relevant professional experience/continuing education.
You have several years of experience (approx. 4+ years) in business controlling/business partnering – ideally in a project-based environment.
You have strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex issues appropriately to the target audience.
You are a convincing, cooperative personality with a high degree of personal responsibility.
You have very good German and English skills (C1).
