As a Cable Car Mechatronics Technician EFZ, you are a professional in ensuring the smooth operation of funicular, aerial cable, and gondola lifts. Apprenticeship start: August 1, 2026
Tasks & Responsibilities
Maintenance of systems and operating equipment, e.g. cables, pulleys, brakes, etc.
Checking system components using measuring instruments
Keeping checklists and creating reports
Understanding weather and avalanche reports and recognizing possible dangers
Ensuring power supply and taking measures if necessary
Profile & Skills
Completed compulsory schooling
Enjoyment of precise and careful work
Interest in technical contexts and mechanics
Physical resilience and calmness in hectic situations
Curiosity, perseverance, and good concentration ability
