Head of Maintenance / Upkeep (m/f/d)
Your tasks
In this key position, you will take over the personnel and technical leadership of a team currently consisting of nine employees in the areas of mechanics, electrical and building technology, as well as facility management. You are responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring all maintenance, repair, and servicing measures and ensure the operational and plant safety of all production and infrastructure facilities. Furthermore, you lead projects during the commissioning of new machines and systems, coordinate cooperation with external service providers, and actively assist in daily business when needed.
Your profile
For this responsible role, you bring passion for your work, joy in shaping, as well as a pronounced entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset and actions – combined with the desire for long-term collaboration. You have at least five years of leadership experience and convince through high social competence, motivational skills, and the ability to specifically promote and challenge employees.
Your professional foundation is a completed basic education in the mechanical or electrical field, complemented by further training as a maintenance specialist or the willingness to complete such training. Several years of experience in the maintenance of production facilities as well as expertise in mechanics, electricity, electrical engineering, hydraulics, and pneumatics complete your profile. In addition, you communicate confidently in German.
