Your challenge

You are in the middle of it all – from the first idea to the successful event. You are committed, communicative, and keep a cool head even in hectic situations? You know what bike enthusiasts want, seek challenges, and like that every day is different from the one before? THIS IS YOUR CONTRIBUTION

• Strategic and operational overall responsibility for bike, sports events, and trade fairs.
• Conceptualization, planning, and implementation of all Thömus events, including both self-organized and external events.
• Technical management on site and ensuring smooth operation in all event phases.
• Recruitment, leadership, and coordination of helpers as well as close cooperation with partners.
• Organization and coordination of the F&B offering.
• Further development of the event process and management of the event calendar.
• Interface management with campaign management, retail & communication for optimal staging of events.
• Active participation on site – you pitch in, keep an overview, and find pragmatic solutions.

THIS IS HOW YOU SUCCEED

• Practical, proactive personality with a hands-on mentality.
• Independent and structured working style with high personal responsibility.
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and strong communication skills in German and preferably French.
• Experience in event management and ideally corresponding education or training.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office and affinity for other everyday tools, especially event tools.
• Driver's license category B (category D is an advantage).
• Flexibility, resilience, and high commitment.
