To strengthen our field service team, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for the Graubunden GR/SG area as a Service Technician (m/f/d) starting 01.11.2025. You will be a valuable support for our sales and on-site service teams.
What awaits you:
- Receiving and processing customer calls in your region
- Troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance
- Conducting technical safety inspections
- Managing spare parts
- Assembly and commissioning of new devices
- Site inspections
- Communication with our customers
- Support in sales
- Proper handling of the required and necessary documentation (complaint forms)
What sets you apart:
- Completed technical training (EFZ) or equivalent experience
- Authorization for installation work on special systems Art. 14 NIV is a plus
- Good knowledge of common IT tools such as MS Office and ERP systems
- French and English skills are an advantage
- Flexibility and independent working style
- Reliability and friendly demeanor
- Willingness to continuously further your education
- Driver's license category B
