What you bring
✅ Experience in sales – or simply the drive to start in retail
✅ Initial leadership experience or the desire to grow into leadership
✅ The ability to keep an overview even with many customers
✅ Willingness to take on responsibility and help shape
✅ Good German skills – any additional language is a plus
✅ Openness to flexible working hours
