The Discherheim Foundation in Solothurn supports and cares for adults with cognitive or multiple impairments. In the residential area, we are looking for a* an employee*in care and support starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Employee*in Care and Support 70 - 80%
Your Tasks
- Care and support of clients in everyday life
- Health care and basic care of partly physically impaired people
- Responsibility as a reference person for one to two clients
- Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team
We expect from you
- You have a degree as FaBe or FaGe EFZ
- You maintain open communication and actively contribute to the team
- Client-centered action, flexibility, and tolerance are qualities that are natural to you
- You are resilient, flexible, and have good physical condition
- Irregular working hours are no problem for you (no night shifts)
- You have very good PC user skills and complete your profile with a car driving license
