Axians Switzerland is a leading company in the Swiss market for the construction of mobile communication sites. We count all Swiss mobile network operators among our customers. The planning (engineering) of mobile communication sites from the customer order to the building permit requires close coordination of various specialist departments (construction, steel construction, structural analysis, electrical, NIS calculation, tools).

As Head of Engineering and Innovation, you are responsible for the operational management of the individual specialist departments (no line management). In addition, you initiate and take responsibility for the implementation of individual innovation projects.

The workload is between 80 - 100%. Your workplace can be in Ittigen (BE), Schlieren (ZH) or Müllheim (TG).

• Operational management of the specialist managers in the areas of construction, structural analysis, steel construction, electrical, NIS calculations and tools
• Ensuring, with regard to customer requirements, optimal costs of a common engineering philosophy across all specialist managers with regard to optimal design (costs), quality and compliance with standards
• Continuous optimization of the way of working
• Initiation and commercial responsibility for innovation projects (e.g. further development and international marketing of the Axians mobile communication mast, etc.)

• Completed civil engineering (building construction) or architecture studies
• Several years of experience in planning and implementing building or steel construction projects
• Analytical, team builder, mediator and "doer"
• German and English, French and/or Italian advantageous
