To strengthen our dedicated Resident Services team, we are looking for a reliable and motivated person as of January 1, 2026, or by arrangement, who enjoys contributing with expertise and heart to the smooth operation of our Resident Services department. Become part of our team as Clerk Resident Services (40%). Your tasks:
- Maintaining the resident register, general mutations,
- Customer advice at the counter and by phone,
- Processing all registration-related changes, including in the area of foreigner law,
- Issuing various certificates,
- Receiving and processing identity card applications,
- Managing foreign control, applying for, processing requests and extensions of foreigner permits, and checking declarations of commitment,
- Checking mandatory health insurance and forced assignments,
- Providing address information,
- Maintaining the voting register,
- Managing the secretariat of the market commission. Your profile:
- Commercial basic training or a comparable education,
- Ideally experience in public administration,
- Customer-oriented actions and friendly manners,
- Enjoyment of customer contact,
- Quick comprehension, networked thinking, and skillful prioritization,
- Very good German skills in writing and speaking, good spoken English skills, any additional
- Technologically savvy and IT competent. Our offer:
