Managing Director (m/f/d) Full-time

For our studio in Kreuzlingen, we are looking for a Managing Director (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

As a committed host, you offer our customers, together with your team, a unique and goal-oriented training experience.

In your role as Managing Director, you further develop the location and the team, setting new standards.

These tasks await you:

• Leading a team of about eight employees
• Developing and achieving qualitative and quantitative goals
• Controlling and monitoring monthly sales and key figures
• Early recognition and implementation of corrective measures in case of plan deviations
• Participation in and implementation of local marketing measures
• Employee recruitment and development
• Control and optimization of administrative processes
• Organization of operational and technical maintenance

You bring the following:

• Experience as Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director, or Operations Manager in a Kieser Training studio
• Complete Kieser Training instructor and LE/CE training
• At least two years of professional experience as a Kieser Training instructor
• You place great value on leading and developing a team.
• You are decisive, assertive, and responsible.
• You are interested in expanding your work methodology skills and personal development.
• You are a competitive, innovative, empathetic, and communicative personality.
