Tasks awaiting you

• You take on a key role in personnel administration – from A to Z.
• You ensure the smooth payroll process – including absence & time management and social insurances.
• You are the contact person for employees and managers regarding salary and time-related questions.
• You have the opportunity to actively contribute to exciting projects and further develop HR processes.

Your skills and talents

With your structured, responsible, and independent working style, you keep an overview and set priorities correctly. You actively tackle challenges, think ahead, and act with a clear focus on the essentials – engaged, confident, and with a positive mindset.

• You have completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ.
• You have proven experience in personnel administration and payroll.
• You can demonstrate further training as a personnel assistant. You are interested in developing long-term into a federal HR specialist or have already completed this.
• Your advanced Excel skills complement your valuable abilities.
• You are confident in German and ideally also somewhat familiar with French. Chapeau!
