Project Manager: Client Representation (80 – 100 %)
- Responsible for client-side project management of municipal buildings and facilities for new construction, renovations, as well as demolition and restoration projects
- Developing decision-making bases for construction projects for the municipal council, parliament, and eligible voters
- Responsible for maintaining the utility value of existing buildings and facilities
- Acting as an interface between internal and external project participants and supporting portfolio management in defining and planning construction contracts in the investment plan
- Completed professional studies in architecture at a university of applied sciences or another appropriate qualification such as a certified technician HF in construction planning
- Further training in construction project management, ecology, and/or energy issues is an advantage
- Have successfully performed similar tasks and bring initial experience in project management and client representation
- Are a team player and can integrate well into the existing team
- Characterized by an open and communicative personality
- Are accustomed to independent and solution-oriented work
- A respectful, collegial collaboration and a good working atmosphere
