Tasks
- Support the long-haul team leaders as well as the fleet chief and his deputies in various administrative matters
- Coordinate the scheduling of the leadership team
- Keep an eye on ongoing retraining courses and the associated tasks
- Be a first point of contact for pilots in the fleet office
- Work with various internal and external interfaces (e.g., Crew Control, Cockpit Crew Planning, Operations Training, Lufthansa Aviation Training)
- Support the organization of various events and smaller projects

Requirements
- Completed Matura, technical, commercial, business school or 3-year apprenticeship (EFZ)
- Interest in an aviation study at ZHAW and/or motivation to gain deeper insight into the airline business
- Talent for organization and coordination
- Ability to work concentrated and focused in a dynamic environment
- High sense of responsibility, reliability, and extremely trustworthy
- Independent and structured way of working
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams)
- Very good language skills in German and English
