Head of Sales Food Service Switzerland
Shape the future of gastronomy with us! Do you want to develop yourself both strategically and operationally in the gastronomy sector? Then you are exactly right with us! In this exciting key role with a lot of creative freedom, you take overall responsibility for Food Service Sales Switzerland and, together with your team, set important impulses for our gastronomy customers (Care, HoReCa, industry, bakeries).
Your future main tasks:
- Leadership and further development of Food Service Switzerland in the areas of field sales and key account management (approx. 15 employees)
- Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships as well as developing/implementing our sales strategy
- Responsibility for sales, volume, and margin targets in Food Service Sales Switzerland
- Analysis of market and customer needs as well as derivation of targeted sales activities
- Continuous optimization of work processes in your area of responsibility
Your ideal qualifications:
- Higher business education (university or university of applied sciences degree, federally certified sales manager or similar)
- Several years of experience in leadership and customer support in sales, combined with solid expertise in the Swiss Food Service market
- Proven success in key account management and employee leadership
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good French skills, Italian an advantage
- Entrepreneurial mindset, negotiation skills, analytical-conceptual strength, and joy in developing people and processes
