What to expect
- Technical and personnel management of the transport damage and loss team including employee discussions, coaching, and development
- Ensuring professional handling of QA cases such as transport damages, losses, delivery delays, fraud or packaging cases
- Participation in daily business as well as contact person for customer complaints and escalations
- Evaluation of relevant key figures, reporting to superiors, and deriving concrete improvement measures
- Responsibility for functional and process workflows in the area including deputizing for other managers
- Actively driving process optimizations and participating in the implementation of the department strategy
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as logistics, purchasing, sales, product management as well as external partners
- Ensuring compliance with internal standards as well as legal, safety, and environmental requirements
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training (EFZ), ideally with further training in leadership or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in customer service or quality assurance
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills mandatory, Italian an advantage
- Good technical understanding, ideally in the trade or logistics environment
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as experience working with key figures and reporting
- High communication and social skills as well as enjoyment in working with people
- Entrepreneurial thinking, solution-oriented working style, and cooperative assertiveness
