Your Tasks
- Development, implementation, and continuous monitoring of an effective quality management system based on applicable DIN ISO standards
- Planning and execution of internal and external quality assurance measures
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, especially the structural requirements of the Federal Joint Committee (G-BA)
- Identification and analysis of risks: Systematic recording, evaluation, and prioritization of potential clinical and organizational risks.
- Conducting risk audits and inspections: Regular internal controls, process reviews, and derivation of measures.
- Maintenance of clinical risk management: Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a risk management system.
- Identification of optimization potentials and further development of QM processes in the sense of a lived quality culture
- Training, coaching, and advising employees on QM methods, standards, and guidelines
- Coordination of CIRS (Critical Incident Reporting System): Management and evaluation of reports of critical incidents, derivation of preventive measures.
Your Profile
- Completed studies or a comparable qualification in the field of quality management
- Professional experience in quality management, ideally in healthcare
- Sound knowledge of DIN ISO standards and G-BA structural requirements
- Experience in conducting audits and dealing with certification bodies
- Strong analytical skills and systematic working style
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
