Your Contribution
- As sector leader, you take on the professional responsibility for all tax-related content topics as well as the personnel leadership responsibility for the area
- You independently lead the tax department and are responsible for the correct declarations and payments of all direct and indirect taxes for AXA companies in Switzerland
- You maintain and coordinate relationships with all internal and external stakeholders (e.g. tax authorities, AXA Group)
- You accompany transversal and AXA group-wide tax topics such as FATCA, AIA, transfer pricing, and the local implementation of OECD minimum taxation
- You are responsible for challenging projects in the Taxes area and are involved in various projects regarding tax consequences
- As a member of the Finance leadership team, you help shape the department strategy, also beyond the scope of the tax area
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Completed studies (university/FH) supplemented by additional training as a federally certified tax expert
- Several years of experience in a comparable position, preferably in the insurance industry, fiduciary or consulting company
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly and understandably summarize complex data and results. You communicate this information effectively to various stakeholders to support informed decisions
- You can demonstrate a proven track record in initiating and implementing new projects to achieve strategic goals. You have an affinity for data and technology topics
- You are hands-on but also inspire and motivate your team and environment and act on an equal footing. The development of your employees is your priority, and you have the ability to identify and attract talent
- You are confident in German, both spoken and written, and have very good English skills
