Construction Manager Renovation, 100%
Workplace: Regensdorf, ZH
As a construction manager, you will independently manage renovation and refurbishment projects in the greater Zurich area.
Your tasks
- Independently managing demanding construction projects in the areas of master builder work, waterproofing, facades, reinforcements, coatings, and fire protection
- Responsibility for acquisition, calculation, AVOR, monitoring deadlines, quality, and disposition of your team
- Measuring and billing of construction sites including warranty inspections
- Close cooperation with internal and external interfaces
- Contact person for clients, business partners, and employees
Your profile
- You consider yourself a service provider from the bottom of your heart and also bring the following:
- Completed training as a certified construction manager
- Practical experience in renovation
- Initiative and sense of responsibility
- Strong social skills with the ability to motivate and confidently lead people
- Fluent German in spoken and written form (Portuguese, Italian an advantage)
- Good PC skills in Word/Excel and SORBA
- Possession of a category B driving license
