Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a motivated team of about 20 customer assistants to ensure excellent customer service
- Creating efficient duty rosters, rotations, and schedules
- Conducting special services, focus, and customer-oriented spot checks
- Ensuring revenue protection through frequency surveys
- Evaluating performance reports and processing ESQ notifications
- Procuring equipment and ensuring its functionality
- Moderating internal training and further education sessions
Requirements
- Completed training as a customer assistant and several years of professional experience in customer support
- Further training in leadership or willingness to complete it
- Enjoy working with colleagues and customers
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as high competence in using digital work tools
- Clear, target-group-appropriate communication and ability for constructive conflict resolution
- Organizational and planning skills as well as readiness to be on call for event management
