Emeda is a mobile group practice that cares for patients in nursing and retirement homes. Our medical assistants organize doctor visits, accompany the doctors to the patients in the homes, and are directly involved in patient care. Become part of our team and apply for the newly created position.

Your tasks
- In this newly created position, you will lead a team of medical assistants (MPAs, FaGes), motivate them with your natural team player attitude, act as a role model, and carry your high quality standards into the team.
- You will actively participate in daily operations (accompanying visits in nursing and retirement homes, practice administration) and be a role model for your employees.
- Thanks to your support, the team achieves high quality in visit documentation and the implementation of practice processes.

What you need to bring
- Completed training as a medical practice assistant (MPA), diploma nursing specialist HF/FH, health professional (FaGe), or comparable medical basic training.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a medical environment (doctor's office, home care, nursing and retirement homes).
- First leadership experience is an advantage.
- Car, driver's license.
