About the job
The position is addressed to former participants of the Company Programme (YES Alumni). To support the Company Programme team, we are looking for a Program Manager French-speaking Switzerland (20%) starting June 1, 2024 or by agreement.
Your tasks
- Support for mini-companies and French-speaking Swiss teachers
- Managing contact with students, schools, and teachers
- Presentations in schools
- Organization and coordination of workshops and Regional Fairs in French-speaking Switzerland
- Support for participants during the program year
- Development and maintenance of the YES Alumni network in French-speaking Switzerland
- Training and coordination of volunteer interventions with the Alumni Coordinator
- Participation in the development of the Company Programme
Your profile
- High school diploma or baccalaureate obtained, ideally currently studying with a specialization in economic sciences
- Training or experience in project or event management is a plus
- Excellent school grades and interest in economic and educational fields
- Very good language skills in French (spoken and written) and good language skills in German (ideally bilingual)
- Reliability at work and good communication skills
- High affinity for taking initiative, team spirit, stress-resistant and flexible
- Analytical thinking and independent, precise, and reliable working methods
- Very good command of Microsoft Office
