Very good communicator, you assert yourself through natural leadership, great autonomy, and have developed a very good industrial technical culture in managing your projects. You possess interpersonal skills and enthusiasm, have an excellent ability to adapt and interpersonal skills. Working in a cross-functional team with a large number of stakeholders is a source of motivation for you.
You have 7-10 years of proven experience in process industrialization projects, production line transfer, investment (CAPEX) or retrofit on automatic or semi-automatic machines (machining, automatic assembly, grinding, robots, ovens, control equipment, etc.) in aeronautics, defense, automotive, etc.
