Responsible for Indirect Real Estate (m/f/d)

What Awaits You

In this position, you are responsible within the "Equities and Indirect Real Estate" team for the portfolio management of the investment category indirect real estate (real estate funds, shares and investment foundations). You bear responsibility for the implementation of these strategies in all mandates and represent our expertise in this area both externally and internally.

What You Will Achieve With Us

You are responsible for the analysis and selection of real estate securities and prepare the corresponding decision-making bases, risk assessments and target portfolios.

Together with internal and external partners, you implement transactions of indirect real estate investments for all portfolios of the Mobiliar Group, its pension funds and our funds in an optimal manner. You check the investments for compliance with investment guidelines, especially ESG regulations and other regulatory and statutory requirements. The assessment and cost-efficient handling of capital increases and initial issues also fall within your area of responsibility.

What You Bring With You

• University or University of Applied Sciences degree (preferably with a focus on Finance or Real Estate) and/or relevant further education
(CFA/AZEK, CAIA etc.) is a plus 
• Several years of investment experience in securities business or professional experience in indirect real estate business
• Responsible and independent personality
• Systematic and implementation-oriented working style
• Fluent German and English skills, French skills are a plus
