RECEPTION ADVISOR / BILLING CLERK 100% (M/F/D)

• You manage customer reception and organise the scheduling of workshop orders
• You are responsible for recording preliminary orders and ensuring the timely completion of customer vehicles
• You hand over the finished vehicles to our customers and ensure a smooth process
• You prepare repair quotations and forward them to the customers
• You actively engage in customer recovery, especially by telephone
• You coordinate workshop planning in collaboration with the workshop coordinator (WKC) and the VORARB
• You share responsibility for AVOR planning as well as the opening and processing of workshop orders
• You advise our customers competently and solution-oriented on the upcoming repair work
• You receive new vehicles and hand them over to the back office for further processing
• You arrange appointments for MFK inspections

• Technical basic training - e.g. as a truck, car or agricultural machinery mechanic
• Good commercial understanding as well as confidence in handling common IT systems
• High commitment, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
• A neat, professional appearance and enjoyment in customer contact
• Strong communication skills, sociability and a confident, reliable manner
• Assertiveness as well as the ability to keep an overview even in hectic moments
• Driving licence category B is mandatory, category C is an advantage
