Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Tasks
Acceptance of telephone and written repair orders from customers and internal departments
Dispatching of service technicians
Scheduling and coordination between customer and technician
Monitoring the timely execution of assignments or informing the customer in case of delays
Planning of service work and partially procuring the necessary materials through internal departments
Timely processing of reports in SAP
Handling of complaints (preparing invoices, reports)
Your Profile
Completed technical training with commercial further education or completed commercial training
Professional experience in a comparable position (dispatching service technicians) is an advantage
Communicative personality with a passion for customer contact
Very good German skills and negotiation-safe French skills
Good MS Office user skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
Team player, resilience, organizational talent
Solution-oriented, independent, and responsible working style
