🎯 YOUR PROFILE
Completed vocational training with experience in a similar position
Professional experience in 5-star hotels desired
Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional language is an advantage
Team player, responsible and flexible
Well-groomed appearance and professional manners
Empathetic and discreet personality as well as service-oriented demeanor
Organizational talent who keeps an overview even in hectic times
📄 YOUR TASKS
Management of the FO area in the absence of the FOM
Handling all tasks arising at the front office
Ensuring smooth operation of the early and late shifts using checklists
Management of debtor management and dunning process
Filing and posting of deposits and prepayments, reporting to the FOM and management
Processing the daily closing and correcting discrepancies
Management of the cash system of all front office employees, daily cash registers and banking transactions
Sale and acceptance of room reservations
