We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Organic Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team in Geneva. In this role, you will lead and scale Alohi’s organic growth initiatives with a strong focus on SEO, GEO, ASO, and Webflow-powered website management, while also driving social media growth, creative asset ownership, and global brand visibility. You will play a key role in shaping our brand presence, driving inbound traffic, and strengthening customer engagement worldwide.
Responsibilities
As the Senior Organic Growth Specialist at Alohi, your responsibilities will include:
SEO, GEO & ASO (Core Focus):
- Develop and execute advanced SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies that integrate AI-powered insights to optimize rankings, discoverability, and organic traffic growth.
- Lead ASO initiatives to improve visibility and rankings of our mobile apps across app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, optimize metadata, app titles, and descriptions, and ensure compelling app store listings with high-quality visuals and messaging.
- Regularly analyze SEO, GEO and ASO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and app store analytics tools, translating insights into measurable growth strategies.
- Stay on top of AI-driven changes in search algorithms and app store ranking factors, ensuring strategies evolve with the market.
Website Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of our Webflow-powered website, ensuring continuous optimization for speed, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to implement conversion-focused improvements and maintain a website fully optimized for SEO.
- Address technical SEO aspects such as site structure, indexing, crawl errors, and enhanced discoverability.
Content, PR & Social Media:
- Define and maintain Alohi’s global narrative and messaging pillars, ensuring consistent storytelling across channels.
- Lead Alohi’s PR strategy, including media outreach and press releases.
- Own and expand Alohi’s organic social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Design and execute content strategies that drive engagement, visibility, and brand authority.
- Manage and produce high-quality creative assets (graphics, videos, catalogs) aligned with campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production, improve scalability, and test innovative approaches to organic growth.
Analytics & Collaboration:
- Monitor and analyze performance across all organic channels, turning data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer support to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in SEO, ASO, Webflow, social media, and AI-driven marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO (preferably in SaaS or B2B), with a strong track record of scaling organic channels and delivering measurable growth.
- Strong understanding of how AI is transforming SEO and ASO, from search generative experiences to AI-driven keyword strategies.
- Proficiency in Webflow and solid technical understanding of website optimization.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices and ASO strategies.
- Skilled in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and app store analytics platforms.
- Experience developing brand messaging frameworks and managing PR campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver creative marketing assets (graphics, videos, catalogs, etc.).
- Comfortable with AI-powered tools for research, ideation, and content creation.
- Strong project management skills, able to balance multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
