What you can achieve
- Strategic financial management: Close coordination with the CIO and the responsible persons or the Finance Directorate for financial planning, budget framework, forecasts, and investment decisions
- Budget & cost management: Planning, monitoring, and controlling OPEX and CAPEX; target/actual analyses and variance management, as well as ongoing optimization and adjustment of control processes; management and further development of IT service cost allocation
- Investment & project controlling: Support of ICT programs and projects, assistance with portfolio management, preparation of profitability analyses, and support of approval and financial processes
- Reporting & decision-making basis: Preparation of the department's financial statements and management reports. Ensuring a consistent financial data basis for decision-making
- Process & compliance security: Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and governance requirements in procurement, contract management, and invoice approval.
- Interface management: Coordination between ICT, Finance Directorate, Purchasing, and project organization; consulting on financial issues
Your qualifications
- Completed studies in business administration, finance, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in finance and IT controlling, ideally with SAP
- Good knowledge of budget planning and investment calculation
- Experience in managing and further developing financial processes in agile organizations
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with D&ICT and Finance Directorate
- Analytical, structured, and compliance-oriented working style
