About the job

• Responsible for the correct, timely, and quality-compliant entry of pharma orders in the laboratory information system for subsequent analysis in the lab
• Support of order management in clarifying orders
• Assistance in packaging samples for external shipping as well as preparing customs documents
• Management of the customer base in the laboratory information system
• Filing according to the quality requirements ISO 17025 and GMP
• Occasional substitution at the telephone switchboard and reception

• Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician or chemical-technical assistant (CTA) with an interest in commercial tasks
• Ideally professional experience in a similar position or in an analytical laboratory
• Good language skills in German and English
• Very good IT user skills (LIMS/ERP)
• You enjoy a committed activity and have a quick grasp
• You are resilient and flexible and can work independently and reliably even in a hectic environment
