About the job
In everyday kitchen life, you actively take on the position and assume the following tasks:
- Ensuring consistently high quality and excellent taste of the dishes
- Active support in managing a kitchen station in the areas of Saucier, Entremetier, Gardemanger, and Banquet
- Promotion and support of apprentices for professional and career development
- Responsibility for the consistent compliance with the hygiene concept
For this role, you bring professional experience, a structured way of working, and the following requirements:
- Completed training as a cook
- Several years of professional experience in first-class restaurants or hotels
- Independent, structured, and organized way of working
- Flexibility, enthusiasm for innovation, and joy in teamwork
- Taster evenings and discounts at the Thermal Spa

- Trial stay after passing the probation period
