For the School Fällanden, we are looking for a temporary school social worker (40%) from January 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026, or by arrangement. You advise and support students, parents, and teachers in educational and social matters. In crises and conflicts, you conduct interventions in classes. Furthermore, you carry out prevention and project work. You collaborate with the school management, school teams, and specialist agencies.

You bring with you:

• a diploma from a university of applied sciences in social work or social pedagogy
• professional experience in school social work or the CAS School Social Work with counseling experience at the interface of youth welfare and school
• competencies in the areas of counseling, prevention, and intervention
• an independent and interdisciplinary way of working
• high communication skills
• enjoyment in working with children and adolescents in the school environment
