To expand our team in Horgen (ZH), we are looking for a

Clerk in Order Processing (100%)

• Order entry and creation of delivery notes according to order specifications
• Administrative follow-up of deliveries and services provided
• Creating and reviewing invoice proposals and issuing invoices
• Maintaining customer data and contract conditions
• Administering returns and repair entries from customers
• Creating follow-up calculations, consumption analyses, and reports
• Very good German skills, French and English skills desired
• Commercial training and several years of professional experience
• Independent, organized, and responsible working style
• High customer orientation and teamwork ability
• Good ERP knowledge required, SAP highly desirable
• Good MS Office user skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
