Job Coach Temporary Staffing
Professional Integration | Lucerne | 80% - 100% | from 01.03.2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Individual support and assistance for people with mental disabilities in everyday work
- Promotion of professional inclusion and sustainable integration into the primary labor market
- Function as an interface between clients, deployment companies, and referring agencies
- Maintaining contact with contact persons in partner companies
- Acquisition, offer design, and contract processing for suitable deployment positions and activities
- Active participation in the development and further advancement of new offers
- Ensuring efficient organization and implementation of assignments
- Administrative tasks and deputizing for the workload partner during absence
Your profile
- Further training in job coaching, work integration, supported employment, HR, or work pedagogy
- Experience in supporting people with mental disabilities
- Professional experience in the primary labor market is an advantage
- Organizational talent, high independence, and structured working style
- Team-oriented, resilient, and reliable personality
- Good manners and professional collaboration with partner companies
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and good oral and written communication skills
- Driver's license category B
