Your Tasks

Processing supplier invoices
Monitoring visa processes in the workflow
Checking documents (VAT regulations, account assignment, etc.)
Executing individual payments
Monitoring invoices that have not yet been approved as well as the accounts payable list
Processing supplier reminders
Supporting and substituting for the team (accounts receivable, assets, general ledger)

Your Profile

Commercial basic training
Several years of professional experience in finance
Further training in accounting is an advantage
Experience with an ERP system
